SIXTU Returns Policy

At Sixtu, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy below for more information.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging should still be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are exchange only. We do not offer refunds on sale items, but you can exchange them for a different size or style, subject to availability.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

  2. Prepare Your Item: Repack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the item reaches us.
  4. Processing Your Return or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defective item from our end.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. Once your returned item is processed, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase.
  • If you are exchanging an item, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a full refund or exchange, including the cost of return shipping.
